摘要
气动系统的响应速度快,因而气动位置伺服系统响应速度较难控制。在基于比例方向流量控制阀的PID控制位置伺服系统中,最大输出电压、基准电压、比例系数和微分系数是影响系统响应速度的参数。本文实验研究以上各参数对位置伺服响应速度的影响,在实验中,综合考虑各参数的影响,并合理选取各参数,取得很好的控制效果,使系统实现了快速准确的位置响应。
Because of the rapid respond velocity of the pneumatic system, the respond velocity of pneumatic position servo is difficult to control. For the position servo system that control by PID based on proportional directional control valve, the parameters influencing system response velocity include the biggest output voltage, benchmark voltage and proportional and differential coefficient. The parameters influencing position servo system response velocity were studied by experiments. Through choosing the parameters reasonably, good control effect was obtained. The system carries out fast exact position response.
