摘要
对机械液压系统污染的危害及产生原因进行了分析,提出了污染控制平衡概念,明确油液清洁度目标值和污染控制方法,采用该方法,可实现液压系统的超前维护,有效提高液压元件的使用寿命和液压系统的可靠性。
The harms and causes of hydraulic system contamination were analyzed. The concept of contamination balance was put forward. The target value of oil cleanness level and contamination control measures were suggested. In fact, the service life and reliability of hydraulic units and systems can be improved by active maintenance.
