摘要
硫磺冷凝器是石化企业的重要设备之一,其主要功能是将过程气中的气态硫冷凝回收。硫磺冷凝器属于固定管板式换热器,结构复杂,几何尺寸庞大。应用有限元软件ANSYS的各种结构单元和热单元进行建模,对硫磺冷凝器进行温度场和应力场的耦合分析,有助于改善冷凝器的结构和操作工艺,对节约材料和能源,实现安全连续生产具有重要作用。
Sulfur condenser is of great importance in petrochemical industry,which is applied to refrigerate the sulfur gas in sulfur recovery units.Sulfur condenser is a sort of fixed tube-sheet heat exchanger.For the sake of economy and safety,it is necessary to give a full analysis of the temp field and stress field in sulfur condenser.An improved finite element model of sulfur condenser was established by taking use of the solid,shell and beam structure elements provided in the ANSYS code.
