不同密闭式吸痰方法在机械通气患者吸痰中的效果观察

Study for the effect of different sputum drainage method for patients with artificial airway

目的观察两种密闭式吸痰方法在机械通气吸痰中的效果。方法将17例气管切开术后患者随机分为观察组(8例)和对照组(9例),分别采用试验吸痰法(观察组)和常规吸痰法(对照组)吸痰各30 d,对两种方法的吸痰效果2、4 h吸痰次数、吸痰总量以及并发症的发生率进行对比研究。结果试验法的吸痰效果2、4 h吸痰次数、吸痰总量与常规法相比差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论对机械通气患者采用试验法吸痰可减少日吸痰次数及痰量,吸痰效果好,提高人工气道护理质量,减少了临床护理的工作量,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To observe and compare the effects of two different sputum drainage method. Method 17 patients with the artificial airway were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group （n： 8） was ap- plied sputum drainage. The control group （n： 9） was applied the routine sputum drainage. The effect of sputum drainage, the times and the quantity of sputum drainage in 24 hours, and the complication were observed and compared. Result The effect of sputum drainage, the times and the quantity of sputum drainage in 24 hours and the incidence of the complication was significantly different between two groups （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The experimental sputum drainage method is better than the routine one and could be applied widely in the clinical practice.
