摘要 目的详细阐述雄性大鼠交配实验模型的制作方法及应用前景。方法雌鼠去势后分别在实验前48h和4h皮下注射苯甲酸雌二醇20μg和黄体酮500μg以诱导雌鼠发情,用发情的雌鼠和雄鼠进行交配,从而对雄性进行相关研究。结果所有雌鼠发情状态良好,均能与雄鼠进行交配。结论此方法简单、方便,适合对雄性性行为进行相关研究。 Objective To inveshigate the procedures of making male rat mating model and its applications. Methods Ovariectomized females were brought into behavioral estrus with sc injections of 20 μg estradiol benzoate 48h before and 500ig progesterone 4h before testing. Only fully receptive females were used to copulate with males. Results All females showed high degree of receptivity and copulations were obtained. Conclusion The procedures are simple and convenient to manipulate, and the methods are appropriate for investigating male mating behaviors.
