绵羊痒螨病传播途径与方式的研究

摘要 对疫区周围环境及隔离饲养条件下的绵羊,进行了痒螨病传播途径和方式的研究。结果表明,脱落在外界的病原在一段时间内对绵羊有侵袭的可能,传播可通过携带有病原脱落到外界的羊毛、皮屑及被其污染物而感染绵羊,但不是本病的主要传播途径;患羊的直接接触是导致本病感染发病的主要途径,且最初发病的多发点是臀部的最膨大处,占发病部位的90%以上,其次为背、腹侧。这种传播方式导致了寒冷季节绵羊密集接触而引发的全群迅速感染,使本病在初春、秋冬季节呈高发。 The transmission routes and ways of Psoropie mange were researched in sheep which were grazed in epidemic area and in the isolated confined system. The results showed that the exutive etiological agent still possessed the potency of infestation in a certain period. However, the transmission could through the eadueous wool, dandruff and contaminant which carried the etiological agent, the main transmission route was the direct contact between sick sheep and healthy sheep, furthermore,the initial invasive region was oncoides part of rump, it took 90% of invasive region, followed by the back and ventral of the body. This transmission route resulted in the rapid spread in flocks because of the intensive contact of sheep in cold weather. In early spring, autumn and winter, this disease trended to ou break.
