摘要
2004—2006年在循化县积石镇不同地点牛改点采用细管冷冻精液技术对3500头当地母牛进行了人工授精,其中牛改点授配3 213头(次),临时授配点授配287头(次),结果表明,牛改点授胎数2 751头,授胎率达85.62%,临时授配点授配受胎数245头,受胎率达85.37%(P>0.05)。
In 2004u2006,3500 native cows were used to conduct artificial insemination by means of technology of straw freeze-dried semen in different place of Jishi town of Xunhua county of them, 3213 cows in the cattle-improved place （conception rate 85.62 % ） and 287 cows in the temporary insemination place （ conception rate 85.37 % ） were inseminated. The results showed that 2751 cows in the cattle-improved place（conception rate 85.62%）and 245 cows in the tempovary insemination place （conception rate 85.37% ） were impregnated. It was suggested that there was not significant effect of different insemination place on conception rate of cows（ P 〉 0.05）.
