摘要 对一维光电位置传感器PSD在微小位移的测量上进行了研究,并将PSD应用于固体线膨胀系数测量仪中,改进了传统的测量方法,从而实现对线性膨胀系数的智能化测量,具有成本低、结构简单、可靠性高、测量精确等优点。首先简要介绍PSD的工作原理和线性膨胀系数测量原理,然后给出了固体线系数,并对其测量误差进行了分析。 The one-dimensional position sensitive detector PSD was studied and used to measure the mlcro-displacement. This paper designed an improved system with the PSD, and measured the expansion coefficient of the solid. It is different from the traditional method and makes the measurement of linear expansion coefficient more intelligent. The characteristics of the method are as followed, lower cost, simpler structure, higher reliability, more accuracy and so on. This paper Introduced the principle of the PSD and measurement of linear expansion coefficient briefly ; designed the hardware system of measuring the linear expansion coefficient of solid; calculated expansion coefficient via the metrical instrument and analyzed its metrical error.
