摘要
采用K型镍铬-镍铝热电偶作为温度传感器,开发出一种基于AT89C52单片机,并且通过放大电路以及ADC0809将采集的温度信号进行模数转化,再由RS-232串行通道将测量数据传输给PC的焊接温度场测量仪。同时,使用常用的电子元器件和简单的电路,经测试具有良好的测量精度和实时传输功能。
This paper designed a metrical apparatus based on AT89C52 for welding temperature field, using K thermocouple as the sensor, used amplification and ADC0809 as A/D conversion chip, and transported the data to PC by RS- 232 serial channel. It applied familiar device and brief circuit. It has well precision and real-time transmission function in practice.
