摘要
以鼓风机为典型研究对象,讨论了传统的电机转速检测方法的优劣,提出了直接从振动信号提取电机主轴转速的方法。根据某大型电机在线监测诊断系统的具体情况,在开发在线振动监测系统的过程中综合应用频谱分析、低通滤波等方法,从实测振动信号中精确计算了主轴转速的大小。系统已在实践中得到应用,证明了该方法测量转速的有效性。
Taking the fan as the typical investigated subject, this paper discussed the traditional method on motor＇s rotational speed. The method based on the vibration signal to directly measure the speed of motor was introduced. Based on the situation of some online monitoring and diagnosing system for fan. It used frequency spectrum of analysis and low-pass filter to calculate the motor＇s rotative velocity from the vibration signals collected on site. The system was applied in practice. Moreover, the accuracy of the parameters is improved significantly.
