摘要 考察了无水AlCl3用量对PP、PS大分子间Friedel-Crafts烷基化反应及PP/PS合金性能的影响。通过对加入无水AlCl3后PP/PS合金力学性能和界面形态的研究表明:加入适量的无水AlCl3(0.4%)可以引发PP、PS间的Friedel-Crafts烷基化反应,生成的PP-g-PS接枝物能起到就地增容PP/PS的作用,使合金的力学性能得到显著提高;当加大AlCl3用量后,由于其引起的PS分子链的断链反应起主导作用,合金的性能反而会降低。 The effects of the content of anhydrous aluminum chloride (AlC1_3) on the Friedel-Crafts alkylation reaction between PP and PS and the property of PP/PS blend were examined. The study on the mechanical properties and interface morphology of PP/PS blend in the presence of AlCl_3 showed by the moderate addition of AlCl_3 (0.4wt%), a copolymer of PP-g-PS was formed during the melt blending of PP/PS blends via a Friedel-Crafts benzene ring alkylation of the PS; the grafting polymer then behaved as an in-situ eompatilizer of PP/PS blend and improved the mechanical properties of the blend. However, when A1C1_3 content increased, the properties of the blend became worse due to the chain scission of PS, which was the main factor in this condition.
