摘要
探讨了注射成型过程中的滞流现象的评价方法,建立了相应的数学模型,并在HSCAE软件的基础上,提出了基于CAE场量的滞流判定方法和步骤,在实例运用中取得了理想效果。
The evaluation method for the hesitation in injection molding was investigated, and relevant math model was established. Based on HSCAE software, the determination and measure for the evaluation were presented based on CAE variable information. The evaluation results agreed well with experimental results.
