Structure and Electrical Conductivity of PMMA/ATO Nano-composite

摘要 采用溶液共混的方式制备了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/纳米掺锑二氧化锡(PMMA/ATO)复合材料,分析了复合材料的微观相态结构及导电性能,并对复合材料的物理机械性能及热性能进行了研究。结果表明:经过钛酸酯偶联剂处理的纳米ATO在PMMA基体中分散良好,在含量较低的情况下即可获导电性能良好的复合材料;当纳米ATO的质量分数为5%时,复合材料具有良好的物理机械性能;纳米ATO在PMMA基体中起到了交联点的作用,使其玻璃化转变温度随着ATO的增加而升高,从而改善了PMMA的耐热性能。 PMMA/ATO nano-composites were prepared by means of solution mixing method. The microstructure, electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of the composites were studied. The results indicated the nano-ATO treated by titanate coupling agent distributed in PMMA matrix homogeneously, and conducting network could forme at low nano-ATO content. When the mass fraction of nano-ATO was 5 %, the composites had excellent mechanical properties. The ATO particles acted as crosslinking points in the PMMA matrix, and the glass transition temperature of the composites increased with the increase of the content of nano-ATO, resulted in improvement of the heat resistance of PMMA.
