针对低温环境焊接厚壁12Cr1MoVG管道时焊缝容易产生裂纹缺陷的特点,分析该管道材质的焊接性能,确定了合理的焊接工艺。通过现场实际焊接和检验,保证了焊接质量,为今后此类焊接工程的施工积累了经验。

This paper introduces the liability to cracking when thickwalled pipes 12Cr1MoVG are welded under low temperature, analyzes the welding performance of the pipe material,an advisable welding procedure is finally presented,which is further proved by the experiment in field.Such study of welding engineering construction forms a sound basis for future practice.
