中国北方青年女子基础代谢率的研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的测定中国北方青年女子的基础代谢率。方法根据2002年全国营养调查提供的数据,在标准化实验对象和实验条件的前提下,应用K4b2心肺功能测定仪,对16名20~25岁正常体质指数的青年女子进行基础代谢率的测定,将实测值与Schofield公式(修正)计算值进行比较,并对基础代谢率与身高、体重、体表面积等指标进行相关性分析。结果20~25岁正常体质指数的青年女子基础代谢率实测值为3.60±0.28kJ/(kg.h),Schofield公式(修正)计算值为3.95±0.13kJ/(kg.h);基础代谢率与体表面积、瘦体重、体重、身高呈显著正相关。结论中国北方青年女子基础代谢率的实测值明显低于《中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量》推荐使用Schofield公式(修正)计算值。 Objective To measure the basal metabolic rate of female young adults in North China. Method According to the data from the National Nutrition Survey of 2002, normalized participants and the circumstances, 16 female young adults aged from 20-25 years old with normal BMI were selected as the subjects. Their basal metabolic rate (BMR) was measured by using the gas metabolic method--K4b^2. The BMR values were compared with the calculated results from the Schofield equation (adjusted). At the same time, correlation analysis was made between BMR and some anthropometric indices such as body weight etc. Results The BMR values measured by the K4b^2 were 3.60±0.28 kJ/(kg.h), whereas the calculated results were 3.95±0.13kJ/(kg.h). BMR was positively correlated with body surface area, fat free mass, body weight and height. Conclusion The value of BMR measured by K4b^2 is lower than that calculated from the Schofield equation (adjusted) significantly. [ ACTA NUTRIMENTA SINICA, 2008, 30(1) :31-34 ]
