摘要
介绍了摩托车自动加浓阀的工作原理及性能特点。建立了关键元件——蜡式热动力元件的热力数学模型,并进行了试验验证与分析,试验表明:模型的构建是正确的,并可作为蜡式热动力元件的设计依据及研究参考;蜡式热动力元件的温度滞后性是影响自动加浓阀回程调节空燃比性能的主要因素。
The principle and performance characteristics of the motorcycle's automatic starting valve are introduced. Thermodynamics modeling of the key component-wax-type thermal element was established, experimental research and analysis was proposed and tested as well. The experimental results show that the established modeling provided reliable basis and it can be used for the wax-type thermal element design. Temperature hysteresis quality of the wax-type thermal element is the major factor to affecting Automatic Starting Valve regulating air fuel ratio.
