摘要
应用有限元软件ANSYS对所设计的摩托车车架强度进行了分析。针对不同工况,对车架结构做了静态的应力和应变分析,用动载系数法做了动态的应力和应变分析。指出了车架结构的薄弱环节,说明改进途径。结果表明,应用ANSYS可以较准确地分析摩托车车架上各点的应力、位移情况,为改进摩托车车架受力状况和结构优化设计提供理论依据。
We applied finite element software ANSYS to analyze the strength of the motorcycle frame which has been designed. The dissertation includes static stress and deformation under different work conditions, using the way of dynamic load coefficient to analyze the dynamic stress and deformation. The key place of dangling stress is pointed out and the improving methods are explained. The results show that the applied ANSYS can give an accurate analysis on every point 's stress and deformation of motorcycle frame, this can offer theory foundation for the improvement of the stress of motorcycle frame and the optimized design of structure.
