摘要 利用发动机工作过程模拟软件AVL BOOST对12缸柴油机的工作过程进行了模拟分析,在原型机的仿真计算结果与试验值符合较好的前提下,提出了综合考虑燃烧室形状、涡流比及喷孔配置等多因素的最优配置方法。试验结果表明,所提出的优化方案是可行的。 A calculation of thermodynamic cycle of a twelve cylinder diesel was done by thermodynamic simulation tool AVL BOOST. On the basis of the correspondence of the calculated values with the testing values, some optimized designs are proposed, in which various aspects of the interaction of spray propagation and combustion with chamber geometry, turbine intensity and injection holes are taken into account. As shown by test results, the optimized designs are feasible.
