摘要
以CF139柴油机机体为研究对象,利用PRO/E三维软件和ANSYS有限元软件建立了结构的实体模型和有限元模型,采用2种方案进行了机体的模态分析计算,获得了机体的基本振型和相关频率。应用模态试验验证ANSYS模态分析和模态综合法的精确程度,从而为进一步分析奠定了基础。
Entity model and finite element model were studied for CF139 Diesel Engine by application of PRO/E and ANSYS FEA software. The modal analysis was carried out by two projects, and the mode shapes and natural frequency of the cylinder block were obtained. The precision of the FEA Modal Analysis and Component Mode Synthesis were validated with modal test results. And a good foundation was established for further analysis.
