摘要
本文从分析运输产业的经济学特征入手,探讨铁路、航空、公路、水运等行业的自然垄断、共用品和信息不对称属性,研究新近出台的《反垄断法》对运输经济的适用性,反垄断与规制的关系,以及特殊法人法的相关问题。
The paper studies the attributes of natural monopoly, public goods and information asymmetry in railway, airline, highway, and waterway industries, getting start with the analysis of economic characteristics of transportation industries. In the paper, we study the applicability of China＇s newly-promulgated antimonopoly law to transportation economy, the connection between antimonopoly and regulation, and issues related to special legal person laws.
