摘要
ADAMs(a disintegrin and metalloproteinase)是一类具有多个功能结构域和多种功能的跨膜糖蛋白,在许多生理和病理过程中发挥了重要作用。由于它们在肿瘤中高表达,并且具有与肿瘤发展密切相关的蛋白水解和粘附活性,因此ADAMs可以作为临床癌症诊断的生物标志物,并且可以作为抗癌药物设计的颇具前景的靶点。本文主要总结了ADAMs在肿瘤发展中的作用及其机制,并介绍了其在癌症治疗中的应用前景。
ADAMs is a family of transmembrane proteins with multi domains and multiple functions,which play important roles in many(patho-)physiological processes.They are upregulated in a variety of trmors and possess protein shedding and adhesive activities ,which showed that they could be useful as trmor biomarkers and promising targets for designing new anti-trmor drugs.This review focuses on the roles ADAMs play in the process of tumor development and the potential application in cancer therapy.
