摘要
非腐解有机物的施用,对水田土壤中氧化还原酶动态变化的影响,因土壤酶、有机物料、土壤以及水稻的生育时期的不同而各异。就施用非腐解有机物料对水田土壤氧化还原酶活性影响的共性而言,非腐解有机物料的施用在土壤淹水的前期皆对过氧化氢酶活性的升高有抑制作用,而对多酚氧化酶活性升高有显著的促进作用;在水稻淹水的后期,施有机物料处理的土壤过氧化物酶活性均高于相应的对照处理。
The results showed that the effects were different in accordance with different redox enzymes,paddy soils,organic matters and stages of rice growth.As far as the effect generalities of UOM on soil oxidoreductases,UOM had an inhabitting effect on the rising of catalase activity in early stage of soil flooding,however,had a significant promoting effect on the activity of polyphenol oxidase.In later stage of rice growth,the activity of dehydrogenase in soils applied with UOM was higher than that in control soils.
