摘要
综述了窄间隙GMAW方法的研究进展,并分析了各种方法的优缺点。横向摆动电弧、高速旋转电弧、双丝焊和超窄间隙焊4类方式都可以在较小的焊接规范下,保证侧壁熔合,改善焊缝成形,防止焊接裂纹。其中波浪式焊丝摆动电弧和双丝焊两种方法对焊接电源没有特殊要求,弯丝工艺简单可靠,规范区间较宽,最适合于实际应用。高速旋转电弧方法由于焊炬的磨损较大,不能长时间连续焊接而使其实用性受到影响。超窄间隙焊对电源和装配精度要求较高,随着焊缝跟踪技术的进一步发展,将具有很好的应用前景。
The research progress on narrow gap gas metal arc welding was summarized, and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. Lateral oscillation arc welding, high-speed-rotating arc welding, twin-wire welding, and ultra NGW(narrow gap welding) can all assure the fusion of side wall and improve the oppearance of weld in relatively small welding variables. Among them, the lateral oscillation arc welding and twin-wire welding have no special requirements on the welding power source. The curved-wire welding technique is simple and reliable, to real production, as it has a large welding variable. High-speed-rotating arc welding can not be employed for a long time due to the great abrasion of the welding torch, so its practicability was affected. While ultra NGW has high requirements on both welding power source and assembly accuracy , and it has a bright future in application with the development of the welding seam tracking technology.
