摘要
在简述硬质合金与钢的传统焊接方法及不足之处的基础上,重点综述了新型焊接技术在硬质合金与钢的焊接中的最新研究进展,如扩散焊、真空钎焊、TIG焊、激光焊、摩擦焊等。通过详细分析和总结不同新型焊接技术在硬质合金与钢的焊接中存在的问题,为研究人员在今后硬质合金与钢的焊接技术的发展和研究中提供一些参考和借鉴,并提出了复合焊接技术在硬质合金与钢的焊接方法中运用的可能性。
The paper introduces simply the traditional welding method of cemented carbide with steel and their shortages were introduced. Thenewest progress of new welding technologies cemented carbide with steel was chiefly summarized, such as diffusion welding, vacuum brazing,tungsten inert-gas welding, laser welding and fiction welding, and the problems were analyzed particularly, the tendency and suggestion of theresearch development were also proposed.
