焊料成分对高频堆焊性能的影响

摘要 采用高频堆焊方法在碳素钢基体上堆焊一层耐磨覆层材料,用正交试验方法研究了焊料成分对高频堆焊性能的影响。结果表明,加入适量的焊剂350、硼酐、萤石,高频堆焊工艺性能良好,这是影响高频堆焊工艺性能的主要因素;焊料中的一些合金粉对堆焊层组织和性能起着决定性的作用。高频堆焊铁基Cr13Ni2B2Si3合金,能得到良好的冶金结合层,平均硬度达到57HRC,耐磨性能良好。 A metal of wear resistance was cladded on carbon steel using high frequency surfacing. The effect of welding material component on high frequency surfacing process was studied by using orthogonal experiment method. The results show that the proper addition of alloying constituents 350, B and fluorite can make a better usability. Some alloying powder play a decisive role on structure and properties of the cladded metal. The metallurgical bonding of Crl3Ni2B2 to the base metal can be otained by high frequency surfacing. The hardness of the cladded metal can be improved up to 57HRC, which has a excellent property of wrear resistant.
