基于变电极力的可调速修磨器系统设计

摘要 电阻点焊作为汽车制造的主要焊装方式,在焊接镀锌板时,由于电极磨损剧烈导致消耗成本增加,目前对电极磨损影响焊接质量问题主要采用电流递增法以及恒速恒压修磨法解决,文中针对电流递增法能耗过高,恒速恒压修磨效率不高的缺点,提出了变速变压修磨法,利用机器人以及PLC控制系统搭建速度压力可调的修磨器平台,通过试验与传统恒速恒压力修磨法做了对比分析。试验结果表明,基于变电极力的可调速修磨器系统相对传统修磨器法,在修磨质量与修磨效率上具有较大的提高。 The current compensating and traditional electrode tip repairing are the main solutions to welding spot quality caused by the tipwear. Aiming at the disadvantage of the two mentioned method, a new method was put forward whose speed and pressure are controllable whilethe tip repairing. And a new the tip repair method was constructed . At last, the advantage of the system has been proved by experiment. Theexperiment proved that the new the tip method is better than the traditional method in the tip repairing quality and efficiency.
