Determination of function of proximal stomach and gastric electrical activity in healthy youths

摘要 目的探讨健康青年近端胃功能和胃电活动的情况并为进一步探讨肥胖、近端胃功能和胃电活动三者间的关系作准备。方法健康、体重正常青年志愿者35例,男19例,女16例。试验第1天行水负荷试验,试验第2天用电子恒压器检测近端胃功能并同时描记胃电图。结果饮水负荷试验:女性组饮水量显著小于男性组(P<0.001)。胃感觉阈值:女性组初始容积(IV)和最大耐受容积(MV)均显著小于男性组(P<0.001)。胃内压和胃顺应性:女性组最小扩张压(MDP)、初始胃内压(IP)和最大耐受胃内压(MP)与男性组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);女性组初始顺应性(IC)小于男性组(P<0.05),最大耐受顺应性(MC)女性组与男性组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。胃电图参数:随着胃内压的升高,正常胃电节律百分比呈下降趋势,胃电紊乱增多,主频不稳定性增加,主功率升高。结论胃容量、胃感觉阈值和初始顺应性有性别差异。不同状态近端胃功能、胃电活动有差异。主功率升高示胃收缩加强。 Objective To evaluate the relationship of gastric function of its proximal portion and electrogastrogram in healthy youths with obesity. Methods A total of 35 healthy young volunteers with normal weight participated in the study, including 16 females and 19 males. On the first day, the water load test was performed. On the second day, determination of function of proximal portion of stomach was done using etectronic berostat and etectrogastrograrn. Results Water toad test: femates were found to consume significantty tess water than males (P〈0. 001). Visceral sensitivity: the initial volume (IV) and maximal tolerance volume (MV) in female group were significantly smaller than those in male group (P〈0. 001). Intragastric pressure and compliance: no significant differences were found (P〉0.05) between male group and female group in the minimal distention pressure (MDP), initial intragastric pressure (IP) and the maximal tolerance pressure (MP). The initial gastric compliance (IC) in female group was less than that in male group (P〈0. 05), while the maxi- rnal tolerance compliance (MC) showed no significant difference compared with that in male group (P〉0. 05). The parameter of EGG: with the intragastric pressure increased, DF in Normal Range (N%) showed decreasing tendency, while bradygastria (B%), tachygastria (T%), instable coefficient of dominant frequency (DFIC) and dominant power (DP) increased. Conclusion The gastric capacity, the parameters of visceral sensitivity and IC are remarkably different between sexes. The gastric electrical activity varies in different states of proximal gastric function. The gastric contraction may be enhanced by an improvement of dominant power (DP).
