摘要 目的:利用酸性培养基(牛肉膏蛋白胨琼脂培养基、马丁氏琼脂培养基)对鸡嗉囊内的内源益生菌进行筛选。方法:通过好氧、兼性好氧培养、划线逐层倒平板分离筛选,观察表观和一系列生化实验鉴定所筛选的益生菌。结果:初步确定益生菌有细菌的链球菌属、乳酸的杆菌属、真菌的酵母菌属。 Objective: The endogenous probiotics from craw of chicks were selected and separated through the aerobic and facultative anaerobic cultivation method in acid culture medium (beef - fat - peptone - agar, Martin). Methods: The configuration characters of selected and separated probiofics were observed and described with lineation- flat method. Results: By Gram reaction and a series of biochemical experiments, the experiment confirmed that the kinds of probiotics which belonged to Bacteria are Streptococus, Cactobacillus and the kinds of probiotics which belonged to Epiphyte is yeast.
