摘要
合成了新显色剂1-(4-安替比林偶氮)-2-羟基-4-二甲苯胺(APHMA),并研究了其与Cu(Ⅱ)的显色反应。在pH4.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中,APHMA与Cu(Ⅱ)生成2:1稳定络合物,最大吸收波长为560nm,摩尔吸光系数为2.36×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1,Cu量在0~1.0μg/mL内符合比耳定律。已用于食品中铜的分析。
In this paper, a new chromogenic reagent 1-(4-antipyrinylazo)-2-hydroxyl-4-dimethylaniline (APHMA) was synthesized and the color reaction of APHMA with copper( Ⅱ ) was studied. Results showed that a red complex of APHMA and Cu( Ⅱ ) was formed in a buffer solution of HAc-NaAc at pH 4 in the presence of Tween-80, which gave a maximum absorption at 560 nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 2.36 × 10^4 L·mol·cm^-1, Beer' s law was obeyed in the range of 0 - 1.0μg/mL for determination of copper.
