摘要
在基质沥青ZH-70I中加入一定量的氯化聚乙烯(CPE)进行改性,得到改性沥青PMB-CPE,采用动态力学的方法(DSR法)研究了改性沥青PMB-CPE的流变性能和微观结构。结果表明,在PMB-CPE中形成了一种网状结构,使得PMB-CPE在较高的温度下保持一定的弹性,改善了耐高温性能。随着温度的降低,PMB-CPE的损耗角变化较小,有向弹性体转变的趋向,从而改善了其柔韧性,提高了抗低温开裂性。
The chlorinated polyethylene modified bitumen (PMB-CPE) was obtained by adding some amount of chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) into base bitumen ZH-70I. The rheological characterization and micro-structure of PMB-CPE was studied by using dynamic mechanical analysis over wide range of temperatures and frequencies. It was found that the polymer net-structure was formed in PMB-CPE, which made the binder elasticity of PMB-CPE increase at high temperature. The phase angle (8) changed a little with the temperature decreasing, showing that there existed the trend to elastic body in PMB-CPE, resulting in its flexibility improved and anti-breakage at low temperature enhanced.
