The composition and principle of T/R module automatic test system for active phased array radar are described, including the principle of pulse S parameter automatic test sub-system and the integration technology of non-S parameter automatic test sub- system. The automatic control method of PNA pulse vector network analyzer and the design method of system test software are presented.
