摘要
高精度三轴转台的精度是飞行仿真实验结果有效性的重要保证。为实现对转台位置精度、速度精度、加速度精度和带宽等运动性能的自动检测,以PXI虚拟仪器为核心,结合转台的输入输出接口,设计并实现了转台运动性能检测系统(TKTS,turntable’s knematics poperty testing system)。首先,给出TKTS的总体设计及硬件选型,并对测试精度进行了深入分析,然后详细讨论了TKTS的自检、校准、数据采集和数据处理等功能及软件的工作流程,最后给出了TKTS的实际应用结果。TKTS在不改变转台性能的前提下,实现了对转台运动性能的自动化检测与校准,提高了转台运动性能检测的效率与精度。
The accuracy of high precision three-axis turntable is an important guarantee to the validity of aviation simulation results. To realize the automatic test for turntable' s kinematics properties of position accuracy, speed accuracy, acceleration accuracy and bandwidth, the TKTS ( turntable' s knematics poperty testing system) is designed and realized, taking the PXI virtual instrument as the central part and combining the turntable' s input and output interface. First, the design and hardware selection of TKTS are proposed, and the testing accuracy is analyzed deeply. Then, the self-test, calibration, data sampling and processing function and the software workflow are discussed in detail. Finally, the application results of TKTS are given. With the precondition of retaining kinematics properties, TKTS realizes automatic testing and calibration, and improves the test efficiency and accuracy of turntable' s kinematics properties.
