乳腺癌的钼靶X线表现、病理与分子生物学指标的相关性研究 被引量:20

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌的钼靶X线表现、病理及分子生物学指标ki67、CerbB2、ER和PR等蛋白之间的相关性。方法回顾性观察分析60例经乳腺钼靶X线摄影检查、手术及病理证实的乳腺癌的X线表现。术后标本应用免疫组织化学染色测定乳腺癌原发灶癌细胞ki67、CerbB2、ER和PR等表达情况,并分析与钼靶X线表现之间的关系。结果60例乳腺癌中,乳腺癌X线类型与癌细胞分子生物学指标之间无显著相关(P>0.01);肿块大小、TNM分期与癌细胞CerbB2阳性表达之间相关(P<0.01);肿块边缘有毛刺与癌细胞ER阳性表达水平之间相关(P<0.01)。结论乳腺癌X线类型与癌细胞分子生物学指标之间无显著相关,乳腺癌钼靶X线征象与分子生物学指标ki67、CerbB2、ER和PR等蛋白之间存在一定的相关性。乳腺癌的钼靶X线征象从一定程度上反映了癌细胞的生物学行为和预后,为临床治疗方案的选择提供客观依据。 Objective To investigate the correlation among mammographic features, pathology and molecular biology markers (ki67 CerbB2, ER, PR) of the breast cancer. Methods The mammographic features of 60 cases of breast cancer confirmed by surgery and histopathology were analyzed retrospectively. The mastectomy specimens of the breast cancer were stained with immunohistochemistry, and the expression of ki67, CerbB2, estrogenreceptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) was measured. The relationship between the immunohistochemical pathologic results and mammographic features was analyzed. Results Among the 60 cases of breast cancers, X-ray types of breast cancer were not correlated with the expression of ki67, CerbB2, ER and PR (P〉0.01). CerbB2 positive expression were positively correlated with the tumoral size and TNM of breast cancer (P〈0.01). ER positive expression were positively correlated with the spiculate margin of breast cancer (P〈0.01). Conclusion To certain extent, there exists some correlation among mammographic features, histopathology and molecular biology markers in breast cancer. The biologic behavior and prognosis can be assessed according to mammographic features.
