摘要
通过对环保型礼花弹壳与传统型礼花弹壳产品的性能对比试验和爆炸振动测试试验,结果表明:环保型礼花弹壳的基本性能与传统型礼花弹壳相同,有些性能如吸湿率、水分含量、耐水性明显高于传统型礼花弹壳,完全能够满足设计要求。根据试验情况对生产工艺和模具进行修改,使产品质量明显提高。
Based on the performance experiment and explosion vibration test of environmental protection type and traditional type of cartridge case of firework, the results indicates that the basic performance of environmental protection type and traditional type of cartridge case of firework are same, the performance such as moisture absorption rate, water content and water resistance of environmental protection type is better than traditional type, which can meet the design requirement well. The production quality is improved by modifying the process and mold under different experiments.
