摘要
成形面是车削加工中经常遇到的。在普通车床上加工一般要使用成形刀或靠操作者用双手同时操作完成,在数控车床上则通过程序控制圆弧插补指令进行加工[1]。二者相比,数控车床具有很大的优势,但必须掌握一定的技巧,才能顺利地加工出所需要的成形面。本文从四个方面并利用加工实例对在数控车床上加工成形面的技巧进行了探讨,具有较强的实用性。
Form surface is often met during naming process. And form tool is usually used on general lathe machining, or the operators must do it by their hands. But, on CNC lathes, we can do it by using program control circular interpolation instructions. To compare with the two methods, CNC lathes have great advances. And you should master the skills, you can produce the form surface that you want successfully. This paper discusses the skills of producing form surface from four aspects by using the machining example on CNC lathes. It's a very practical paper.
