随着我国改革开放的日渐深入,我国进入了快速发展的轨道,人们的生活水平有了前所未有的提高,整个社会目前正处于现代化转型时期,人人都向往和谐的社会。但当前也面临许多问题,有着不少不和谐的因素。从社会分层、社会流动、多元化视角入手,探讨和谐社会安全阀的构建,对于建立良性运行和协调发展的社会即和谐社会有着积极的意义。

With the penetration of Chinese reforms and opening, China has entered the orbit of fast developing. As a result,the living condition of people has been promoted more greatly than ever before. Since the whole society is in the period of transformation, everyone is yearning for a harmonious society. However,there are still a lot of problems of disharmonious factors. This paper tries to analyze the construction of a harnomuous social relief valve from social lamination, social mobility and multiplex angle for the purpose of constructing a real harmonious society in benign movement and harmonious development.
