文化安全视野下的新农村文化建设

Construction of a New Countryside Culture from the Perspective of Cultural Security

针对国家建设社会主义新农村的战略构想和农村文化安全形势的现状,分析了影响农村文化建设尤其是文化安全的国内与国际因素,指出要消除不利因素的影响,改变农村严峻的文化安全形势,必须从国家与乡村基层两个层面来加强农村文化建设,构筑农村文化安全屏障。

On the basis of the strategic concept of building a new socialist countryside and the status quo of the countryside culture security, this paper analyzes the national and international factors affecting the constructing of countryside culture,esp, of the cultural security. Moreover,it has been pointed out that only when the countryside culture is reinforced from both levels of state and rural roots can the negative factors be eliminated and the critical situation of countryside culture be improved so as to set up a safety barrier in rural areas.
