摘要
中国的农业技术进步面临许多现实约束,其中主要是农业产业弱质性和农业科技公共性约束、市场约束、农地经营制度约束和农技推广体制约束。解决的办法是增加对农业科技的财政投入,重塑造农业技术进步的激励机制,完善土地制度,促进规模经营,创新农业科技服务体系。
In China, agricultural technology advancement is faced with many practical restrictions which are derived from industry weakness, market, management system of land and popularizing system of technology. This problem can be solved by following steps, increasing financial investment, reconstructing stimulant mechanism, reforming land system to expand production scale, and innovating service system of agricultural technology.
