^(18)F-FDG代谢显像对原发性乳腺癌的诊断价值

摘要 乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤,约占女性肿瘤总数的31%。人们一直探索更有效的乳腺癌早期诊断的方法。通过体检、钼靶X线摄片、B超和预防宣传教育,〉40岁女性乳腺癌的死亡率下降了25%~45%。然而.仍有很多女性死于晚期乳腺癌,所以早期诊断是治疗的关键。18F—FDGPET显像在鉴别乳腺肿物的良恶性、乳腺癌分期以及疗效评价方面的应用价值已得到充分肯定。然而,由于PET价格昂贵,f临床常规应用受到一定限制.而符合线路SPECT18F—FDG显像则使这一显像方法的推广应用成为可能。本研究旨在通过对51例患者进行18F—FDG符合线路显像评价其在乳腺癌中的诊断价值。现报道如下。
