摘要
循环经济的发展需要法律支撑。中国"十一五规划"明确提出加快循环经济立法,将循环经济纳入法律轨道;同时,中国循环经济立法研究也进入了一个新的实质性阶段。对此,总结厘清循环经济立法研究成果和脉络,对于研究的深入意义重大。
Circular economy needs the law support. The goal of accelerating the circular economy legislation was put forward definitely in the outline of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan. At the same time, the research has been steping forwards a new essential stage in this field. Therefore, it is indispensable to summariaze analysis achievements and sequence of the circular economy legislation.
