摘要
高新技术企业人力资源具有期权的特性,且是一个看涨期权。利用Black-Scholes期权模型确定人力资源的价值,并在此基础上实行企业内部人才市场,寻求人力资源的现实价格,形成显性的人力资源激励机制。
The human resource of high-teeh enterprise has the characteristic of expectation, which is an expected rise so we can use the Black-Scholes model to set up the human value. And on the base, we can carry out the human market in the inner of enterprise, seek the market price of human resource, and form the dominant excitement mechanism.
