重庆库区农业保险与生态农业协调发展互补性及依赖性分析

农业保险发展与生态农业发展相互作用,互相促进,相互制约,两者的协调发展存在极大的互补性和依赖性。充分认识到农业保险于生态农业的互补性,解决好二者在库区协调可持续发展问题,应加强相互的沟通与合作,强化科技支撑作用,健全农村金融体系,强化农民生态和农业保险意识,加强农业保险和农业生态的税收监管。
