基于区域分析的环境规制对FDI影响的实证研究

一国吸收FDI的流入量受到经济发展水平、增长速度等多方面因素的影响,一般来说,环境规制不是其中的主要因素,但近年环境规制对FDI流量也产生了重要影响。本文以外商直接投资和工业污染治理支出作为研究变量,利用时间序列分析其关系,并实证检验环境规制对外商直接投资的影响。结果发现,环境规制对我国各个地区引进外资具有一定影响,而且这种影响呈现负效应,并且它对我国东、中、西部的影响是不同的,西部受到的影响更大。

Generally, the determinative factors of FDI inflow in a country are economic development level and economic growth rate etc. , and envi- ronmental regulation is not the main causes, which influences FDI inflow more than ever recently. Taking FDI and the expenditures on industrial pollution control as research variables, and using methods of time series analysis, this paper provides a study on the effects of environmental regulation on FDI. The result shows that the enwronmental regulation undoubtedly has certain effects on each region＇s attracting FDI in China negatively, and the FDI in the western region takes more effects of environmental regulation, comparing that with Easton the Central region of China.
