摘要
联盟利益分配不公会引发技术创新联盟成员之间的冲突,导致联盟内部的不和谐并进而阻碍联盟的持续发展。由于联盟协议的不完全性,联盟管理者难以实现联盟利益的公平分配。本文指出和谐管理理论为实现联盟利益的公平分配开辟了新思路,并据此构想了基于利益分配因素的技术创新联盟和谐机制来分配联盟利益,以确保技术创新联盟的持续发展。
The unfair distribution of the alliances' interest will cause the conflict among the technical alliances' members. This will lead the inner of the alliances' to Un- HEXIE and then to block alliances' continuous development. Owing to the imperfect characteristic of the alliances' agreement, managers are difficult to achieve the fair distribution of the alliances' interest. This thesis points out that the HEXIE mechanism break a new train of thought to decrease the un- definition characteristic, and as a result, it concept the technical alliances' HEXIE mechanism to reduce the un - deftnition characteristic during the continuous dcvelopmcnt of the alliances, and ensure this alliance's development.
