摘要 利用正交实验对葡萄穗轴中白藜芦醇、原花色素的提取条件,即乙醇浓度、固液比、提取时间、提取温度进行了优化.结果表明,60%的乙醇溶液为提取剂,固液比为1∶20,在80℃下提取2h为最佳提取条件,通过溶剂萃取进行分离,用紫外分光光度法和香草醛-盐酸法分别测定其含量.在最佳提取条件下,白藜芦醇的提取率为0.083%,原花色素的提取率为0.516%. The extraction ofresveratrol and proanthocyanidins from grape spike-stalk was studied by the orthogonal design. The optimal conditions were obtained by studying the effects of ethanol concentration, solid/liquid ratio, extracting time and extracting temperature. The optimal condition was 60% ethanol solution as solvent, solid/liquid ratio 1 : 20, extracting temperature 80 ℃, extracting time 2 h. Two products were separated by solvent extraction and analyzed by UV spectrometry and Vanillin-HCl method. The extraction yield of resveratrol was 0.083%. And the extraction yield of proanthocyanidins was 0.516%.
