摘要
在介绍电压空间矢量PWM原理的基础上,给出PCB雕刻机电主轴变频调速系统的结构,用TI公司的TMS320F2812数字信号处理器实现了空间电压矢量PWM变频调速算法,并将其应用于PCB板雕刻机电主轴变频调速系统中.实验结果表明,基于数字信号处理器的空间电压矢量PWM技术非常适合高速电主轴的调速控制,算法易于实现,系统运行稳定可靠.
The structure of motorized spindle frequency-conversing and speed-governing system is presented based on introducing basic principle of voltage space vector PWM technique, a method of realizing voltage space vector PWM based on TMS320F2812 DSP of TI Corporation is given, and the method has been applied to the motorized spindle system of PCB engraving machine. The experiment results show that SVPWM technique based on the DSP is greatly suitable for the speed-governing of high-speed motorized spindle, the algorithm is simple, the system works stably and reliably.
