离心叶轮气动性能分析及其改进

摘要 研究了采用三次B样条曲线描述叶轮叶片几何型线的基本方法,对半开式离心叶轮的气动性能进行了分析;通过调整叶片角的分布,使离心叶轮最高效率提高了3.75%,再通过调整叶片前缘厚度使离心叶轮最高效率又提高了0.62%,对应工况下压比也有所提高,离心叶轮气动性能得到改善. The method of using B-type curves to describe the impeller profile is studied and the method to simulate the aerodynamic performance of the un-shrouded impeller is also discussed in this paper. Through adjusting the blade angle, the efficiency of the impeller has been enhanced 3.75 %, then the efficiency has been enhanced 0.62 % through adjusting blade thickness. The pressure rate has also been enhanced. In the other word, the aerodynamic performance of centrifugal impeller has been improved in this paper.
