摘要
利用L(9 34)正交试验法,通过测定分析扦插成活率、根系总长度、根鲜质量、最粗根直径、单株叶面积及单株叶鲜质量等指标,研究了插条枝段、基质、生长素对海姆维斯蒂栒子嫩枝扦插繁殖效果的影响。结果表明:用中、梢枝段为插条、珍珠岩作扦插基质,海姆维斯蒂栒子的扦插成活率较高,且有利于扦插苗根系及叶片的生长发育;用IBA、NAA生长素处理对扦插成活率及扦插苗生长发育有一定的促进作用。综合各指标分析,海姆维斯蒂栒子嫩枝扦插时以珍珠岩+NAA+梢部插条组合的扦插成活率最高;混合基质(珍珠岩和草炭等量混合)+IBA+梢部插条及珍珠岩+IBA+中部插条两种组合的扦插苗生长发育较好。
Effects of different shoot section, media and auxin on Cotoneaster softwood cutting and propagation were studied by the methods of orthogonal design L9 (3^4). The indexes of survival rate, root length, root fresh quality, the most large root diameter, the area and fresh quality of leaves per plant were investigated. The results showed that cuttings came from middle and upper shoot would be benefit to the propagation and the cuttings survival rate was the highest by application with the perlite media. The cutting survival rate and shooting quality would be obviously increased by application of IBA and NAA. According to multiple analysis, the combination of pertite + NAA + upper shoot section had the highest survival rate. The following two combination treatments were mixture media(made up of pertite and turf by the ration 1:1) + IBA + upper shoot section and perlite + IBA + middle shoot section.
