包头市东河区流动儿童免疫状况分析

目的了解东河区流动儿童免疫现状。方法2006年6月在区内开展了流动儿童免疫状况调查。结果建卡率97．3％，建证率98．0％，五苗全程合格接种率97．2％。1～2岁流动儿童建号率、建证率、五苗全程合格接种率均高于3～6岁的流动儿童，东河区流动儿童主要分布在城乡结合部，流动人口主要来自自治区内。结论应加强城乡结合部预防接种管理工作。

Objective In order to find out immunization coverage rate of floating children. Methods An investigation within the scope of whole area was conducted in June, 2006. Results The rate of establishing immunization cards was 97.3%, the rate of establishing immunization certificates was 98.0%, and the whole course vaccination rate of five vaccines was 97.2%. The rate of establishing immunization cards, the rate of establishing immunization certificates and the whole course vaccination rate of five vaccines of 1 - 2 years old children were all higher than 3 - 6 years children. The floating children in Donghe District mainly distribute in suburb and the floating population mobiled mainly from the Automous Region. Conclusions Some effective measures were required.
