22家酒店40套空调系统卫生状况调查

摘要 目的掌握宾馆酒店业空调系统卫生状况本底资料。方法随机抽取深圳市3星级以上宾馆或酒店运行2年以上的空调系统,测定每套空调系统新风支管口、空调送风、送风管内表面、冷却水,检测新风量、空调送风和风管内表面卫生指标及嗜肺军团菌的含量。结果在22家宾馆酒店40套空调系统中,卫生指标均合格的2套,合格率5%;200份空调送风的PM10、细菌总数、真菌总数合格率分别为47.5%、91.5%、83.5%;200份风管内表面的积尘量、细菌总数、真菌总数合格率分别为95.0%、96.0%、93.5%;75份冷却水嗜肺军团菌检出率为56%;空调送风及风管内表面各有一份样品检出溶血性链球菌。结论空调系统的空调送风、风管内表面及冷却水均检出致病菌,属严重污染,必须加强清洗消毒和卫生管理。 Objective To master the basic data of air conditioning systems in hotels. Methods We used random sampling method to select the air conditioning systems from the hotels which had been operating for more than 2 years in over - 3 - star hotels. Samples were collected from new air branch pipes,wind deliveries,inner surface of blast pipes and cooling water of the air conditioning systems and were tested for their Sanitary Indices and content of Legionnaires pneumophile. Results The Sanitary Indices of only two sets of air-condltionlng systems were qualified according to the national sanitary standards, therefore,only 5 percent of the sanitary indices are up to the standard. And the qualifying rates of PM10, total bacteria count, total epiphyte count are 95.0 % , 96.0 % and 93.5 % respectively. The detecting rate of Legionnaires pneumophile is 56% in 75 samples of cooling water. Hemolytic streptococcus can be found in one sample of the wind delivery and inner surface of blast pipe. Conclusions Pathogenic Microoganism could be detected in the wind delivery and the inner surface of blast pipes from the air conditioning systems, hence,the air conditioning systems were seriously polluted. Attentions should be paid to strengthen the disinfection and health administration of all the air conditioning systems.
